Six years ago, after a long lapse in attending church, Alison, a
retired speech therapist, developed a sudden urge to become a member
of a local church again and started coming to St Barnabas. |

"I immediately liked the mixture of the formal liturgy used and
the very warm welcome I received from the vicar and the congregation.
It is a place where everyone feels 'wanted' - whatever
their background or age group." |
