Max has been coming to St Barnabas for nearly 20 years now.
So he's clearly into incense-filled High Church Anglicanism.
But he also likes his religion articulated intelligently and moderately -
both of which things, he reckons, St Barnabas does rather well. |

When not working - or, of course, in church - Max is happiest down
the pub talking with mates, playing snooker with the kids,
or watching football with Gwyn and / or the kids. (The last is more
dangerous than it sounds since loyalties are as fervent as they are split.)
And then there are all the usual interests like reading serious and trashy books,
watching trashy and half-serious films, and walking. |
